Deliveries within Australia are sent through the Australia Post network.

International orders over $100 AUD are shipped for free by International Standard Post.
Delivery thresholds and costs are displayed below in $AU however delivery charges will be calculated based on your local currency determined by your location and delivery address (where possible).

Please note international customers are responsible for any import duties and local taxes charged by your countries tax and customs authorities.

If your delivery is not claimed and returned to us (in a resalable condition) we will deduct the full delivery and insurance costs incurred by us in sending your order, and any 'return to sender' costs incurred by us, from your order value, and refund the difference. 

 

Dispatched Timeframes

Our Windsor Lane branded shirts are made-to-order and we aim to dispatch your order within ten business days. If we believe it will take longer we will contact you.

If you are after a shirt in a shorter timeframe please contact us to discuss your needs. We carry a selection of shirts in store that are available for immediate dispatch.

Orders that do not include our made-to-order shirts received by 5pm AEDT will be dispatched by the following business day. Orders received after 5pm AEDT will be dispatched within two business days.

Once your order has been dispatched it can be tracked using your unique tracking number on the Australia Post website at www.austpost.com.au

Returns Policy

We know it can be hard buying clothes online. Sometimes the size, fit, or colour isn't right. If you receive your order and you are not satisfied you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a replacement or refund if the item/s have not been worn and are in a resalable condition with tags attached (excluding underwear). The return shipping is on us too!

Due to health and hygiene we are only able to accept returns for underwear that do not meet product and the consumer rights under Australian consumer law. We are not able to accept returns on underwear for change of mind or incorrect size.

This change of mind policy is in addition to your purchase rights under Australian consumer law.
