Delivery within Australia

Deliveries within Australia are sent through Australia Post.

Please note bulky items are excluded from free shipping and incur an additional bulky item fee of $10.00 AUD. This will be displayed during checkout.

International Delivery

We offer standard delivery internationally through Australia Post and their global network partners.

Delivery on orders over $140 AUD is free. For orders under $140 AUD delivery fees are based on parcel weight and delivery location.

Approximate delivery fees in $AUD are in the table below. Final delivery fees are calculated during checkout and charged in your local currency when possible. Final delivery fees are subject to fluctuating currency exchange rates.

Due to liability insurance restrictions we are not able to deliver to addresses in North America (Canada, Mexico and the USA).

International customers are responsible for any import duties and local taxes charged by your countries tax and customs authorities.

If your delivery is not claimed and returned to us in a resalable condition we will deduct the full delivery costs incurred by us, and any 'return to sender' costs incurred by us, from your order value, and refund the difference.

Dispatched Timeframes

Our Windsor Lane branded shirts are made-to-order and we aim to dispatch your order within ten business days. If we believe it will take longer we will contact you.

If you are after a shirt in a shorter timeframe please contact us to discuss your needs. We carry a selection of shirts in store that are available for immediate dispatch.

Orders that do not include our made-to-order shirts received by 4pm AEST will be dispatched by the following business day. Orders received after 4pm AEST will be dispatched within two business days.

If we are experiencing high demand or business wide delays or disruptions we will provide updates on this page.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched it can be tracked using your unique tracking number on the Australia Post website at www.austpost.com.au

Returns Policy

We know it can be hard buying clothes online. Sometimes the size, fit, or colour isn't right. If you receive your order and you are not satisfied you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a replacement or refund if the item/s have not been worn and are in a resalable condition with tags attached (excluding underwear). The return shipping is on us too!

Due to health and hygiene we are only able to accept returns for underwear that do not meet product and the consumer rights under Australian consumer law. We are not able to accept returns on underwear for change of mind or incorrect size.

This change of mind policy is in addition to your purchase rights under Australian consumer law.
